No. Our food is made with wines that have been reduced to a natural flavor concentrate.
What types of wines does Barrel Bites use?
We use ingredients sourced from local wineries and vineyards in the Willcox AVA and Sonoita AVA regions.
Does the food taste like wine?
These authentic treats contain complexity, and are intended to expand your taste buds with each bite. The flavors used in our culinary creations are natural concentrates that highlight the characteristics of each varietal. You may taste wine, fruit, or both!
What is the shelf life on Barrel Bites products?
All products are made fresh to order, sealed, and packaged to maintain quality. Store in the freezer in an air-tight container for up to 3 months, in the fridge for up to 7 days, or enjoy out of the package at room temperature up to 4 days on baked goods.
Does Barrel Bites accept donations from the Verde Valley?
Please contact us directly to arrange an appointment. We gladly accept donations when we are in the area.
Where can I purchase Barrel Bites?
Place an order on our website, and schedule a pick-up at one of our designated locations at checkout. We ship anywhere in the United States.
